Facebook & Instagram ads · Contractors & remodelers

Booked estimates, not lead lists.

I make your ads, run your campaigns, and handle everything internet — so you can focus on closing and doing jobs. Every lead gets an instant, automatic text and books a consultation straight onto your calendar. Flat fee. Your ad account. No percentage of your spend — ever.

You do the jobs. I deal with the internet.

Homeowners planning projects — from a bathroom refresh to a $250k remodel — are on Facebook and Instagram every night. Reaching them isn't the hard part. The hard part is that leads go cold in hours, and most agencies are paid a percentage of your ad spend — so their incentive is for you to spend more, not to book more.

I set it up the other way. Ads run in your account, spend goes on your card straight to Meta, every lead gets an automatic text from your company within a minute with a link to book time on your calendar, and my fee is flat no matter what you spend.

Your account, your card, your leads. Ad spend bills from your card directly to Meta — I never touch it. You own the ad account and every lead in it, and if we part ways, all of it stays with you. No spend cap, no tiers — big agencies scale their fees to your budget; I don't. Never a percentage.

Division 02 — Scope of work3 steps
Step 1

A 20-minute call

Google Meet. You tell me your best project type, your service area, and what a job is worth. I tell you honestly whether ads will pay off for you.

Step 2

I build the machine

Campaigns in your ad account, the ad creative, and an automated follow-up system on whatever booking calendar you already use — or I set one up for you. Instant text-back, reminders, self-serve booking. It runs itself.

Step 3

Estimates on your calendar

Leads book their own slots and get automatic reminders. You show up, quote, and close. I watch the numbers and send one short report a week.

1 kitchen ≈ 2 years

One mid-size kitchen covers this service for about two years; smaller trades, smaller multiple — the math still works. The question isn't whether $3,000/mo is expensive — it's whether one extra booked job a month is worth it to you.

Division 03 — About BartEst. 2008 online

One guy. On purpose.

I'm Michael “Bart” Edlavitch. I've spent 18 years buying and running online advertising for my own business — Hooda Math, an education games site I built as a middle-school math teacher that now serves over 3 million visitors a month. My money, my ads, my results. That teaches you things agencies with other people's budgets never learn.

Bart Ads is deliberately boutique — custom-fit service, one owner deep, which nobody does anymore. Call a big agency and you get a call center. Email me and you get me: a limited number of contractor clients, the work done by hand, no account managers, no handoffs, no junior media buyer learning on your budget.

Division 04 — Straight answersFAQ
Who owns the ad account?
You do. I work inside your Meta Business Manager as a partner. Fire me anytime and everything — account, pixel data, leads — stays yours.
Do you talk to my leads?
No — the system does. Every lead gets automatic texts and books their own appointment. Your team runs the consultations and closes the jobs. I build the ads and the automation, monitor performance, and stay out of your sales process.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month, billed on the 1st by card on auto-pay. Cancel before the month ends and you're done — I'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
What does the ad spend cost?
Whatever you choose, billed from your card directly to Meta. There's no cap, and my fee doesn't move with your budget — so I have no reason to push your spend up.
Only Facebook and Instagram?
That's the core — it's where homeowners scroll every night. But I've spent 18 years on the internet; if you want Google, Reddit, X, or anything else handled, just ask. Same flat fee.
What do you need from me?
Photos of your finished projects, a 20-minute call, and someone who shows up to the consultations. That's it.

Tell me what you build.

Email your company name, city, and the projects you want more of. I'll reply myself with an honest read on your market.
